Arrival Instructions & Requirements
If digital forms were sent to you by our staff, make sure you fill out the forms before your visit. This gives your stylist professional all of the details needed to prepare all resources that may be needed for your visit, and provide the optimal service you deserve.
If you have been exposed to COVID or feel that you MAY have been exposed within the last 14 days, or have any symptoms related to COVID, please call our salon to reschedule at (936) 439- 6767.
If you need to cancel or reschedule please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
10 minute grace period, If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled
(Color / Chemical Service) Clients
If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to not forfeit your deposit (If applicable)
You are only allowed to reschedule and transfer the deposit 1 time. If you need to reschedule more than 1 time, you will have to to make a new deposit.
15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes appointments are cancelled and deposits are forfeited. Appointment will have to be rescheduled, and you will have to make a new deposit.
If you decide to cancel altogether, please remember that the deposit is non-refundable.

Cash
Credit / Debit Cards from Major Companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
We do not accept checks or money orders, cash apps, any additional form of digital tender, etc.
