We're Committed to Transparency and Fair Pricing

At Lush Hair Salon, we continually strive to offer you exceptional services while maintaining transparent and fair pricing. To achieve this, we’ve decided to move forward with an innovative approach to credit card processing.

What is the new surcharge program?

The progressive surcharge program is designed to share the costs of credit card transactions. This small change ensures that we can continue providing you with top-notch services without significant price hikes.

How Does It Work?

Starting November, 20th, 2023, a flat surcharge of 3% will be added to all client credit card transactions. This nominal fee helps us cover the costs associated with credit card processing, allowing us to focus more on the quality of our services.

For Cash Transactions

We value your choice of payment method. If you prefer, cash payments will not incur this surcharge.

We understand that any change requires adjustment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support as we implement this new system. Our commitment to providing you with exceptional service remains unwavering.

COVID-19 SAFETY

Face masks are optional in our salon, so please use your best judgement on whether or not you would like to wear a mask.

If you have tested positive for Covid within the last 5 days, please call our salon to reschedule! Thank you!


OUR LATE POLICY

ALL CLIENT SERVICES NOT COLOR OR CHEMICAL:

If you arrive late for your appointment, there is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled. We will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand rescheduling may be in order.

COLOR / CHEMICAL SERVICE CLIENTS:

15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes appointments are canceled and deposits are forfeited. Your appointment will have to be rescheduled, and you will have to make a new deposit.

ALL CLIENTS

If any client does not call or show up for their appointment all together (No-Call No Show), we do require a non-refundable deposit in order to book your new appointment. This is to reserve your appointment and protect your stylist professional’s time.

  • Any Lush Hair Salon team member can require an upfront non-refundable deposit to book any and all services, regardless of the situation.



OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL CLIENTS:

If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service.



CLIENTS WHO MADE A DEPOSIT:

  • If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to not forfeit your deposit (If applicable).

  • You are only allowed to reschedule and transfer your initial deposit (1) time. The one time transfer is applicable only to your rescheduled appointment and cannot be transferred to another client. If you need to reschedule more than (1) time, you will forfeit your initial deposit and will have to to make a new deposit for your rescheduled appointment.

  • If you decide to cancel altogether, please remember that the deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable.



Please advise your service provider of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. We accept VISA, , American Express, Discover or cash for payment of services with valid ID. We do not accept checks for any form of payment.



GUEST SATISFACTION

At Lush Hair Salon we are committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our front desk team within 48 hours of your service to book a complimentary adjustment within 1 week of your appointment. The adjustment appointment will be scheduled with the same service provider who performed the original service. However, in the case that the original service provider is unavailable, or if you feel that the service provider is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the adjustment may be scheduled with another service provider. To determine any complimentary services we must see your hair in person to make a complete assessment.


NOT ALLOWED IN OUR SALON

  • Bringing a guest along? Make sure your guests are aware of staying off of the black stylist mats, stylist chairs (unless being serviced themselves of course..), and the stylists area. This gives the stylists room to safely perform their services with minimal distractions and minimizing safety hazards. Thank you for understanding!

  • Smoking, Vaping, any kind of drug use, or bringing in outside alcoholic beverages is not allowed in our salon.

  • Please practice polite phone or device etiquette, no excessively loud music, loud viewing of devices, loud conversations on speaker, or any type of inappropriate language or inappropriate content on your devices. We highly advise those not being serviced to wear AirPods, headphones, etc to minimize noise. Please respect those around you.

  • Extended use of talking on the phone while receiving a service or recording, streaming inside our salon while receiving a service is not allowed. (Unless permission was given by Lush Hair Salon Management ahead of time.)

    • Please be mindful of those around you, we want to maintain a respectful environment for all guests. Minimizing any recording or streaming by guests is a way for us to maintain privacy for all others, as well as respecting your stylists time.

CHILD POLICY

Our services are reserved for you and other guests for total relaxation. For this reason and for insurance liability, no children under the age of 10 are permitted in the salon area unless receiving a service. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


GIFT CARD POLICY

Lush Hair Salon gift cards are perfect for any one on any occasion and redeemable only at Lush Hair Salon locations. Our gift cards can be used toward any salon service and for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Lush Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.



ONLINE BOOKING POLICY

Appointments booked online must be guaranteed with a credit card payment. Gratuity is not included in the service amount and is happily accepted upon completion of the service.

24-hour advance notice of cancellation for online booking is required for all services; otherwise, fees may be assessed


PRODUCT RETURNS

We know it happens, sometimes a product does not do what you want it to. Give us a call to schedule a complimentary consultation and let one of our service providers show you how to get the results you are looking for. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied, you are welcome to return the product for an exchange within 10 days of the original purchase, we have the sales details on file. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items for a refund or exchange: makeup and makeup brushes, or products that have been used more then a few times.

Lush Hair Salon reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect the misuse of our “PRODUCT RETURNS” policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).



NO SERVICE REFUNDS

To ensure you receive the most favorable outcome, our professionals perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales are final.
