We are looking for 2 Part-Time Client Coordinators!

We are interested in hiring additional Client Coordinators on our team. 1 Full-Time (Seasonal) Position, and 1 Part-Time Position (Permanent).

Qualifications

  • You must have a friendly voice and a charismatic, approachable personality. This qualification is a gamebreaker.

  • As a Client Coordinator, your primary objective is to provide exceptional service to guests and ensure the smooth operation of the salon. This includes warmly welcoming guests, offering them refreshments, maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the guests, and introducing them to any ongoing promotions or specials. The upkeep and cleanliness of the salon is essential to create a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests, while performing these tasks, it is important to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.

  • High level of comfort using an Ipad & computers, as well other tech.

  • High level of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is a must. Typical tasks would require phone management while completing tasks, as well as answering the door to welcome our appointment guests as they arrive, and offering them drinks.

  • The Client Coordinator position will require you to be on your feet the majority of the day completing tasks.

  • You have an ability to learn new systems & processes right away, putting them into action efficiently and effectively.

  • You are an organized, detail oriented person who believes in having a clean, efficient workspace.

  • A team player that is willing & ready to take on the responsibility of serving others, completing tasks with efficiency, answering calls on the 1st ring, all with a smile in a fast paced environment.

  • You have experience leading yourself to accomplish tasks with little to no supervision.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
