How long have you been working as a Client Coordinator at Lush Hair Salon?

I have been working at Lush Hair Salon since January 30th of 2024, so roughly 9 months.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I love making our guests feel comfortable and catered to! It sets the experience we wish to provide. It’s my favorite part of being the Client Coordinator!

What’s your favorite part about interacting with guests?

My favorite part about interacting with the guests is when I check them out at the kiosk, and they can’t stop smiling cause they love their new look!

Do you have a favorite product or treatment you would like to recommend to clients?

The product I recommend the most is the Initialiste Serum for hair and scalp health. It fits all hair types, so it’s helpful to a multitude of guests!

What do you think makes the guest experience at Lush special?

I believe Lush brings a classier touch to Huntsville and our guests, they really seem to appreciate and prefer our efforts as we always go above and beyond.

What are some fun facts about you that guests might not know?

A fun fact about me is I used to wrestle in high school and in college!

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

When I’m not working I am at my parents house, enjoying time with my dogs, or out with my friends. I also enjoy the fine arts and exploring local businesses!

Do you have any personal or professional goals you’re working towards at Lush?

I’m currently working on going back to school to enter the world of BME. I’m incredibly grateful for my family at Lush educating me in haircare, services, client interaction, and being the best I can be. I learn more and more here everyday, which I hope to carry with me through my professional career and home life.
