Cancellation or Reschedule Request?

OUR LATE POLICY

ALL CLIENT SERVICES NOT COLOR OR CHEMICAL:

If you arrive late for your appointment, there is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled. We will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand rescheduling may be in order.

COLOR / CHEMICAL SERVICE CLIENTS:

15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes appointments are cancelled and deposits are forfeited. Your appointment will have to be rescheduled, and you will have to make a new deposit.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL CLIENTS:

If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service.

COLOR / CHEMICAL CLIENTS:

  • If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to not forfeit your deposit (If applicable)

  • You are only allowed to reschedule and transfer your initial deposit (1) time. The one time transfer is applicable only to your rescheduled appointment and cannot be transferred to another client. If you need to reschedule more than (1) time, you will forfeit your initial deposit and will have to to make a new deposit for your rescheduled appointment.

  • If you decide to cancel altogether, please remember that the deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
