APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
Welcome to Lush Hair Salon! When you arrive at your designated appointment time, make your way to the door and give the doorbell a ring. Our Client Coordinator will be delighted to greet you and promptly assist you inside.
If our staff has sent you digital forms, we kindly request that you take a moment to complete them prior to your visit. This enables your stylist or professional to gather all the necessary details, ensuring they have everything they need to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve and prepare any additional resources required for your appointment.
We want to ensure the best experience for you. In the event that detangling is required, we do have a nominal fee starting at $20. The fee is determined based on the time and effort our stylist invests in carefully detangling your hair before commencing with your desired service. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality of care and attention throughout your visit.
Feel free to wear a face mask if you prefer.
If you have received a positive Covid test result within the past 5 days, we kindly ask that you call our salon to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. We appreciate your consideration.
A grace period of 10 minutes is provided for all services, except chemical services which allow a grace period of 15 minutes. If you happen to arrive late beyond your designated grace period, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Please note that in such cases, your appointment will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be forfeited. We appreciate your adherence to our policies to ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional service.
(Color / Chemical Service) Clients
To ensure the smooth handling of appointment changes, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. This will help you avoid forfeiting your deposit, if applicable.
Please note that you are allowed to reschedule and transfer your deposit one time. However, if you need to reschedule multiple times, a new deposit will be required.
We provide a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, appointments will be cancelled, and deposits will be forfeited. To proceed, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be necessary.
If you decide to cancel your appointment altogether, please remember that the deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

We do not accept checks or money orders, cash apps, any additional form of digital tender, etc.
